November 27, 2009 Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was the best one ever. I was with my whole family for the first time in about 5 months. I love them with all of my heart and it was awesome to share some good grinds and good times with everyone! The waves were good too! My dad deep fried some turkey and it was super ono! Also, my whole family brought some other grinds and I probably gained about 23 pounds over Thanksgiving. haha. I'm heading to the Canary Islands for the last stop of the IBA world tour. I'll be there for about 3 weeks so check back for updates and photos of my trip. Hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving. aloha!

There has been allkine waves here on Maui and a bigger swell is expected to hit Wednesday and Thursday just in time for Thanksgiving! Hope everyone has an awesome Thanksgiving with family, friends, and allkine stuff. Source choke food and go surf! aloha

November 21, 2009 Maui fun and training

I'll be leaving next Friday for the Canary Islands to compete in the IBA world tour contest. It's the last event of the tour for this year and I'm hoping to place well in the event because it is a grand slam and double points. I've been boogieing mostly right handers here on Maui because the spot for the contest is a right hand wave. Some BIG swells are on the way to the Hawaiian islands this week so more action stay coming. aloha

November 16, 2009 Scrabble times

So the waves dropped a lot from the awesome swell we saw last week. I still managed to boogie at some zones on the east side and west side. Today was the first day I just stayed home and cruise. My mom, my dad, Shea, and I played a game of Scrabble. It was fun and we had a great time. Somehow I managed to win and beat my parents because they are really good at Scrabble. It's a great game to build your vocabulary:) haha. Well it looks like some waves will be coming again. So check um out! aloha everyone.

Maui saw some really good waves these past couple of days. It was awesome to surf with old friends, new friends, anykine friends, and allkine friends. GOOD AH! We've been surfing K harbor and attempted to boogie at the source. Jeff Hubb and Jason Bitzer also made the trek to the Valley Isle to sample some waves.
