February 7, 2010 North Shore and the Super Bowl.

The waves have been sick on the North Shore. Somehow I ended up staying up there for the past 4 days and got some fun waves. I've been cruising with my good friend/photographer guy Bryan Pezman. I've been bodyboarding a bunch and cruising with choke of my friends. Off the wall, Pipe, and Backdoor have been the pristine zones to boog. Sunday was the Super bowl and Josh and Mary had all of the cousins come over to watch the Saints win. It was super fun to cruise with all of my cousins and brothers cause I haven't seen them for awhile. I wanted the Saints to win and somehow they won! Stoked! Today and tomorrow looks the smallest for waves, but there is going to be huge swells coming so stay tuned and chout ah! Life is good :) aloha

February 3, 2010 OTW and babysitting Alyza.

Waves have been fun here on Oahu. Yesterday I went bodyboarding at Off The Wall. The waves were solid 3ft and it wasn't even crowded. Only the boys out with a couple surfers. Andrew Rams was there to capture some cool images. It was raining and he still cruised and shot some photos. Mahalos to Andrew for sticking it out in the rain and for all of the support! Super stoked! Today the winds are North winds which makes the conditions junk for the North Shore. So I wanted to cruise and babysit my niece Alyza while my brother went to school. Good times. The forecast is looking sick for the NS for the next 5 days or so. Amping! Choke waves and allkine action. Chout ah! Life is good:)

February 1, 2010 Maui and Oahu

The last couple of days on Maui have been solid. I Bodyboarded some fun waves, cruised with my family, played some basketball with some of my friends, cruised with my mom, and had allkine good times. I'm cruising on Oahu right now and will be here for a month or so. My brother picked me up this morning and we went straight to OTW for a boog sesh. It was solid 5ft with some ramps and barrels. That was my first session on the NS this year and it was a good one. My friend Andrew Rams shot some photos and got a cool photo of my doing a small reverse. After boogieing for about a couple of hours my brother Jonah and I met up with our mom, Alyza, and Josh for lunch. We ate at Gyotaku where they get choke grinds. It's my favorite for sure! Stoked! January 28, 2010 Allkines on Maui

Sorry it's been awhile since I updated my blogg, but Maui has been awesome. My friend/photographer Ray Collins from Australia came over to Maui to cruise and shoot some photos. He got some pristine images that he is saving for some sources in the future. The waves have been good as well. Somehow I boogied everyday this year except for a couple of days. I needed some rest. I think this season has been the best in a long time. My mom and dad have also been cooking some grinds and serving us some pristine drinks. My dad likes his beer so we've been trying a couple of different beers somehow. It's all good. They even took us to the best Thai food zone here on Maui which is called Thailand Cuisine. Choke good grinds. My favorite for sure. Also, my mom wanted me to get some firewood one day so I had to drive to Kihei to get choke wood for more BBQ sessions. Gatta stock up since we BBQ a bunch. Other than that, Maui has been amazing and I'm enjoying everyday here until I leave for Oahu sometime next week. Thank you for all of the support! Life is good:) aloha

January 19, 2010 Waves, family, friends, grinds, and good times.

Maui has been awesome! There has been a bunch of waves and I've been bodyboarding with all the boys everyday somehow. Leroy K, Kona K, Kingsley U, and WadeO have been ripping! Even Evan Fa came down from Oahu to sample some Maui magic. If I'm not bodyboarding, I'm usually just cruising at home with my mom and pops. They can cook the ono grinds and we even play some scrabble so that I can build my vocabulary. haha. chout ah! I love them! Other than that, Maui has been amazing! Great times, good vibes, life is good:) Aloha everyone!

January 14, 2010 family, waves, basketball, and prisitne Maui

Been bodyboarding everyday somehow here on Maui! The waves have been good and everything has been solid. Honolua bay was going off on Monday and K Harbor has had some fun waves everyday as well. Been Bodyboarding with Kona K a bunch as well as Marcus R, Leroy K, and Kingsley U. One night my pops and I BBQed some grinds. It was super good especially after bodyboarding all day. Also, Kyle, Ryan, and I played basketball. It's great cardio, but you can get injured easily. About a week and a half ago I scraped my ankle falling down and it never healed yet cause i've been bodyboarding too much somehow. Life is good:) Maui is pristine and more waves on the way. aloha

January 10, 2010 New Boards and Maui life!

My new signature boards came in from TURBO! They look and ride super sick! Best boards for sure! The quality is insane! Maui has been sick! Waves everyday and good times! January 7, 2010 All Pristine on Maui.

Maui has been sick these past couple of days. Well actually 2010 has started off super good ah! Good times, amazing family, great friends, solid weather, sourcing waves, choke grinds, and allkines! Life has been amazing here:) Been boogieboarding a bunch with Kona K, Kingsley U, Marcus R, Leroy K, Drew E, Kyle H, and Hunter F. Super stoked! I'll be cruising on Maui for a couple more weeks then heading to Oahu to source some North Shore action waves. The bodyboarding photos were taken by Kyle Hayashi, David Baker, and Marcus Rodrigues.
